Old Virginia
Description
Old Virginia bourbon is created from grain crops, mainly corn (minimum 51%), but also malted barley, wheat and rye grown in Kentucky. After the fermentation process is complete, the strength of the wort can be as high as 80%. The beverage is bottled in new white American oak barrels for aging for 2 years. After aging, the bourbon is diluted with purified water, bringing its strength to 40%.
